Duplicate of BUG-000176148Workaround
- Open the survey form in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect.
- Under settings, change the style from dynamic grid to pages, and the survey will display in both ArcGIS Survey123 Connect and the ArcGIS Survey123 mobile app.
