Bug
When a section of the Esri default American Community Survey (ACS) Population Summary report is added to a custom report and executed on any standard geography, the following error message is returned, "An error occurred while creating a report. Please try again later."

Workaround
Create the desired geography manually by navigating to Maps > Define Areas for Reports > Draw Polygon. Once polygon is created, and the site is saved, click Reports > Run Report.Steps to Reproduce
