When a 'read-only' parameter for a question is set to 'no' or 'blank' and the default field for a question is set to blank instead of '0', the survey form with auto-populate fields fails to populate when it is filled from the Survey123 for ArcGIS website.

Additional Information

In situations where a question has a calculation with a question that may not be relevant and the default value is provided, the pattern must use the coalesce function [coalesce(${q}, )] to provide the default value instead of placing it in the default column.
