Bug
When a private item shared to an ArcGIS Online group by an external user is viewed by the group owner (who is in a different organization than the item owner), the group sharing icon is not displayed on the item details page, but is displayed when viewed from the Content tab of the group.

This behavior is as designed. Although the user is the owner of the group, the user does not have access to update sharing permissions on the private item because the user is not the item owner.Steps to Reproduce
