This is related to a display option in ArcGIS Pro. 1. On the ArcGIS Pro ribbon, click Project to open the ArcGIS Pro backstage, and click Options. 2. Click Units > Location Units. 3. Click the cell in the Format column. 4. In the Numeric Format window, select Decimal places for Rounding and set the number of decimal places.
