When a polygon's primary symbology is 'Circle', the result in the associated legend is off-centered as opposed to other symbol types.

Additional Information
This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
Use indents or increase the classes. However, this only works if the size of the circle is dimensioned correctly.
