When a model containing the Copy Rows tool is run as a geoprocessing tool, the tool fails to create a new table in the designated Oracle geodatabase.

Additional Information
This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.0. The model succeeds when running in ModelBuilder as well as a geoprocessing tool. To make a query layer, click Copy Rows > Append > Select Layer By Attribute when using the Oracle enterprise geodatabase data.Workaround
Run the model from ModelBuilder instead of running it as a geoprocessing tool.
