When a map with a transparency value set for an imagery basemap is exported, gridlines are displayed in the image at resolutions above 200 DPI for PDF.

Workaround

This is a limitation of the Adobe Acrobat display. However, in ArcGIS Pro 3.5, use 'Export raster content as a single tile' to work around this limitation.
