When a layer in a web map has an image added to My Content (shared with everyone) as its symbol in ArcGIS Online, the error message, "An error occurred while creating the printed map." displays.

Additional Information
Attempted to reproduce the error using a feature service, feature collection, and map notes. Printing works fine.
Workaround
1) Upload the image on a web server > Open the image > Copy the URL of the image. 2) Navigate to My Content > open the web map in which the symbol must be changed.3) Contents > Click the layer drop-down > Change symbol > Options > Change symbols.4) Add an image > Paste the URL here > Done > Apply > Done > Done changing symbols > Save the web map. The new symbols appear on the web map.5) Print.
