When a large number of points are used and photos are created through feature attachments, Story Map Tour applications fail to load in Internet Explorer 11 with the following error message, "Sorry, Map Tour loading failed."

Additional Information

This is not easy to reproduce and is only reported for IE 11. We'd are working on a new app that will update and replace Story Map Tour, which is our oldest Story Map app template

Workaround

Click Retry until the application is able to load as expected.
