When a hosted feature layer with the date field is displayed in ArcGIS Online, the date is converted incorrectly from UTC to the local time zone in an attribute table or pop-up.

Additional Information

We never convert to local and we do not support local time zone. All our dates are in UTC. I thought this is documented already that online and hosted feature service in general only support UTC time. When publishing, local time zone will be converted to UTC time zone and the data is stored in the server always in UTC time.
