When a hosted feature layer is set to 100% transparency in an ArcGIS Online web map, the pop-ups are no longer displayed when clicking on a point, line, or polygon in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS).

Additional Information

This is an expected behavior in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) when working with layers that are set to 100% transparency.

Workaround

In the web map, set the transparency slider to be 99% or less for the layer(s). The features are now selectable in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS).
