When a folder is registered in ArcGIS Server Manager, all the subdirectories under the folder do not act as registered.

Additional Information
The behavior described in this issue will not be addressed in the current ArcGIS Server Manager application. A next-generation ArcGIS Server Manager application is being developed that will incorporate this feedback.Workaround
Register the data with ArcGIS Server using ArcGIS Desktop.
