Bug
When a feature service published from ArcMap to ArcGIS Server is used in a web map twice (as two layers, definition queries) in ArcGIS Online, the related records of one of the layers do not contain a value for the ID field.

This issue is non-reproducible when publishing data from ArcGIS Pro, and will not be addressed. Publishing services from ArcMap is no longer supported in the latest versions of ArcGIS Enterprise (11.0 and newer).Steps to Reproduce
