When a feature layer with more than 80 attributes is opened in Map Viewer Classic in Portal for ArcGIS, clicking the arrow up repeatedly to configure or rearrange the attributes in pop-ups results in ellipses replacing the unloaded attributes, and requires the tool to restart.

This is not in the current product plan, as Map Viewer Classic is being deprecated (Refer: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-in-arcgis-online-depreca-000030662), and this workflow functions either with the documented workaround or in Map Viewer.Workaround
Click the arrows very slowly to configure or rearrange the attributes, and scroll up occasionally to allow the attributes above to load and not be replaced by ellipses.
