Bug
When a feature layer view is downloaded as a File Geodatabase (FGDB) from ArcGIS Online, it shows an incorrect lastEditDate on the GDB_ServiceItems Table.

Workaround
Check the lastEditDate via Rest Services.json by going to the item details page of the view layer, click the item URL (Rest Services) link > Click on a layer name > Click JSON > Search for lastEditDate.
