When a feature class is joined to a table in a different geodatabase, all the joined attributes are NULL values.

Additional Information

There is extra whitespace around the C_ACCOUNT field in the second geodatabase. Create a new string field and calculate it using Python: !C_ACCOUNT!.strip(). Add the join using that new string field and it succeeds. The preferred workflow is using the OBJECTID or other numeric field.
