Bug

When a feature class from a 10.0 or 10.1 database is used in a 10.1 describe function, the M extent values are not returned properly, but when a feature class from a 9.3 database is used, the M extent values are returned properly.

Additional Information

This issue was tested in ArcGIS 10.3.1, and is no longer reproducible.

Workaround

Use a 9.3 file geodatabase. 1. In ArcGIS 10.1, use the Create File geodatabase (GDB) processing tool.2. Set the version to 9.3. 3. Once the geodatabase is made, copy and paste the feature class (that needs the measure extents) into the new geodatabase.
