When a dynamic map service containing data in UTM Zone 32 N is overlaid on a cached basemap in UTM Zone 33 N in a Web Mapping Application with an Editor task, moving a feature in the Editor task produces the following message: "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component".
