Bug
When a definition query is set in the layer properties in ArcMap 10.2-10.4 Prerelease, it is not being respected by the query builder. All results are returned when clicking on get unique values which will not happen in ArcMap 10.1 SP1.

1. In ArcMap 10.2-10.4 Prerelease, under definition query tab in layer properties, click on query builder, define Continent=Asia, click OK and apply. 2. For the post-query, go to selection and select by attribute. 3. Click once on name and click on get unique values. 4. Returned values will honor the first definition query.Steps to Reproduce
