When a definition query is performed on an Oracle SDE feature class with a read-only connection, records in the attribute table cannot be manually selected.

Additional Information

Tested on versions 10.3.1 and 10.4. The problem is not reproducible.

Workaround

Double-clicking the record allows users to select the record. If the definition query is removed, the record is selected as expected. In Oracle, if database administrator (DBA) privileges is granted to the user, the issue does not reproduce. The issue does not happen in SQL Server.
