Bug
When a database view is published as a referenced feature layer from an Oracle database without the geodatabase functionality to Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 federated with ArcGIS Server, opening the table in ArcGIS Pro from the referenced feature layer fails with the error message, "ERROR: code:400, Unable to complete operation. Unable to perform query operation. Bad syntax in request is returned."
