When a customer interacts by opening the ArcGIS Experience Builder app and selecting the default extent bookmark or pressing the Home Button widget, the Card widget shows a specific bookmark unexpectedly.

Additional Information
This is by design. By default, the Image widget refers to the image of the first feature of the connected dataset. A filter can be used, or a field can be used to sort for an alternative image to show. If additional functionality is required, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is needed for further investigation.Workaround
- In order to filter or choose a sort field, vectorize the boundary of the default extent (which is also a bookmark) and then insert an image URL in the attribute table. As a result, after sorting and placing the boundary layer in the first position, the default extent behaves accordingly and automatically displays the information about the default extent.
- However, this workaround corrupts the rest of the bookmarks, as the default extent is a bookmark which includes the locations of the other bookmarks. Consequently, the picture for the default extent will be shown for every other bookmark.
