Bug
When a custom font is specified in a map service's symbology, the resulting dedicated service cannot be stopped successfully in ArcGIS Server Manager when deployed on Linux, leaving an ArcSOC process orphaned on the machine.

This issue is resolved in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 with the ArcGIS Server Security 2026 Update 2 Patch: https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2026/arcgis-server-security-2026-update-2-patchWorkaround
Once the custom font is removed from the symbology in ArcGIS Pro and republished, the service can be stopped in ArcGIS Server Manager and stop the ArcSOC process successfully.
