When a CSV, XLS, or DBF table is published within a map from ArcGIS Pro, the table is published despite the warning that the layer is not supported. The published table does not contain any features.

Workaround

To upload a table, use the .dbf file extension in a geodatabase, or add the data in ArcGIS Online.
