When a CSV file is added to Portal for ArcGIS, all uppercase field names are changed to lowercase field names, and 'Long' changes to 'long_.'

ArcGIS Enterprise requires and checks for reserved keywords during the publishing workflow and one of those reserved keywords is 'long_.'Workaround
A potential workaround is to set the alias in the field for the source data because the alias preserves the capitalization.
