When a comma-separated values (.csv) file is added to ArcGIS Pro, two extra coordinate fields are generated from an original spreadsheet field filled with 'A0'.

Additional Information

This behaviour is as designed for text files. The projection engine detects values which resemble an x,y coordinate and creates these fields.

Workaround

Delete the two extra coordinate fields generated.
