When a Cascade Story Map containing a Nearmap layer is accessed by an ArcGIS Online account that does not have editing permissions, the page does not load and enters in a continuous login/load loop.

Workaround
1. Remove the Nearmap basemap.2. Change the role to contain editing privileges, or use any map/app other than the Cascade Story Map. 3. Add the Nearmap layer to the organization's content.4. Embed admin credentials.Steps to Reproduce
