Bug
When a basemap is exported with resolutions above 150 DPI to PDF with a transparency value set in ArcGIS Pro, grid lines appear when opening the file in PDF software, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Duplicate of BUG-000170452.Workaround
In Adobe Reader or Acrobat, go to Page Display and uncheck the Smooth Images and Enhance Thin Lines options. This is a duplicate of BUG-000170452. A workaround for this known limitation will be available in ArcGIS Pro 3.5, which is to export using the 'Export raster content as a single tile' option.
