When 3D polygons are draped on a surface in 3D scene of ArcGIS Pro, features with z-values enabled do not display.

Additional Information

The features are not visible just because the Z values on the feature vertices are lower than the default elevation in the scene. When features are draped onto ground, elevation values from the ground is only interpolated to the vertices of feature class. In this case, the polygon has four vertices at four corners. When zoomed in right at the corner of the polygon, the feature shows outside of the ground. If an offset for the elevation is added, features start showing above the ground.
