Weighted Sum geoprocessing tool returns an error, "Error 010050: Cell size is not set" when masking is applied through environment settings in ArcMap 10.4.1.

This issue has been addressed in ArcMap 10.5. In ArcMap 10.4.1, the following workaround is suggested: Step 1. Run Polygon To Raster tool with the vinton_awc_sp83_Clip_Dissolv.shp as input, FID as Value Field, in environment settings, set Cell Size the same as vin_curve raster, and set vin_curve as the Snap Raster. Everything else is left by default. Step 2. Run Weighted Sum, using the output raster created in Step 1 as mask.Steps to Reproduce
