WebGISDR reports the incremental restore was successful for all 3 components (Portal, Server, and Data Store), but it only successfully restores Portal and Server. Relational Data Store is not restored and does not present any errors or warnings in WebGISDR logs.

Turn on point-in-time recovery in the data store for the restore machine or upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3.
