WebGISDR export fails when a Notebook Server is federated with ArcGIS Enterprise and the INCLUDE_OBJECT_STORE_CACHES value is set to true in the webgisdr.properties file.

Workaround
There are two effective workarounds for this defect:
- Edit the webgisdr.properties file and set the INCLUDE_OBJECT_STORE_CACHES property to 'false'.
OR
- Upgrade the ArcGIS Enterprise site and its related components to version 11.5.
