This issue is logged against the Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS SDK) which is now deprecated (refer to this documentation https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662 for more information). The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (4.x JS SDK). It is recommended for users use the Map Viewer for all their workflows.Steps to Reproduce
