10.1 was the last release of the .NET WebADF technology. Client APIs (JavaScript/Flex/Silverlight) are recommended for web application development.Workaround
1. Manually edit the application's Default.aspx in a text editor/VS. 2. Locate the associated MapResourceItem. 3. Remove the map resource item. 4. Save Default.aspx.Steps to Reproduce
