Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS does not properly redirect to HTTPS after logging in to access a Web AppBuilder application.

Workaround

1. Open the file in the Portal machine:

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\webapps\arcgis#home\js\arcgisonline\pages\accountswitcher-callback.js​

2. Change return url replace like below:

-Original file : (a=l?a.replace("http:","https:"):a.replace("https:","http:"))

- Modified file ; (a=l?a.replace("http:","https:"):a.replace("https:","https:"))
