Workaround

1. Navigate to <WAB Install Location>\server\apps\<App ID>\widgets\AddData\search\AddFromFilePane.js2. Add the code below at line 240var content = { f: "json", analyzeParameters: "{ 'geocodeServiceUrl': '<a href="https://abc.gis.com/server/rest/services/Geocoder/MyLoc/GeocodeServer" target="_blank">https://abc.gis.com/server/rest/services/Geocoder/MyLoc/GeocodeServer</a>'}", filetype: job.fileType.toLowerCase() };3. Where geocodeServiceUrl is the address to the portals custom geocoder service.4. Save the changes.
