Workaround

Use the http encoded service name in the URL to connect to WCS.1. Go to the service directory (REST).2. Navigate to the image service.3. Click the WCS link. Copy the uURL4. Use the WCS server endpoint without query parameters in ArcMap's Add WCS Connection (until /WCSServer?).Note: The workaround provided does not work in either French and German environments. The issue is fixed in 10.1.2.
