Additional Information
The underlying issue is found to be unique to the Waze app and it being unable to generate directions based on Collector for ArcGIS inputs. Other direction apps such as Google Maps and Navigator for ArcGIS do not experience this issue and work successfully.Workaround
Use different navigation platforms or IOS.
