Warning message when disabling Built-In-Users (ArcGIS Logins) as mentioned in implemented ENH-000137765 not existing in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.

Additional Information
The fix for ENH-000137765 did not add a warning message but added a script allowing users to re-enable built-in logins. Even if a warning is added, users still be able to disable built-in logins and be locked out.Workaround
Refer to https://esri.lightning.force.com/articles/en_US/Knowledge/Problem-Disabling-built-in-logins-prevents-administrator-logins-in-Portal-for-ArcGIS for instructions to fix this issue in the backend.
