Related records are still not supported in Field Maps "form" per https://doc.arcgis.com/en/field-maps/latest/prepare-maps/configure-the-form.htm To be clear, the related records show up in the pop-ups in ArcGIS Field Maps but are not visible on the form when a feature is edited in Field Maps. This is why the warning appears in Field Maps Designer when configuring the form.Steps to Reproduce
