Workaround

If the current display is outside of the visible scale range of the vpf product, use the Zoom In or Zoom Out tool to reach the appropriate display scale for that product. If the current display is in the visible scale range for the vpf product, use the Zoom Out or Zoom in tool once to get the broken links fixed.
