Additional Information
Converting data between the WGS 1984 and VN 2000 geographic coordinate systems requires the data to be within the area of use for VN 2000. Therefore, the data must be within the area of Vietnam for the VN_2000_To_WGS_1984_1 and _2 transformations to display on the transformation lists.Steps to Reproduce
