Additional Information

At this point, this is a known limitation that is aware and trying to overcome and fix for the next releases but there is no proper fix yet to support this function. Suggestion is to switch to ArcGIS Pro latest release to test if this functionality does work for specific scenario.

Workaround

In NotePad++ change the 10.5.1 encoding from UTF-8-BOM to UTF-8.
