Our Windows GDI based export system cannot prevent rasterization of content below the Bing logo.Workaround
Use a layer other than Bing. Please note that if a service with multiple layers is used, such as Gray Canvas, any vector layers placed beneath the service layer "Labels" or "Reference" layer will be rasterized.Steps to Reproduce
