Bug

VBScripts created from ModelBuilder in version 9.3.1 fail to work in versions 10.0 and 10.1 on 64-bit machines. Returns Windows Script Host 80004005 error when calling ArcToolbox tools. Also, update documentation to explain using previously created VBScripts in version 10.x.

Workaround

1. Open the models on a version 10 machine and export the models to Python.2. Manually modify the models to a Python script using the ArcPy or arcgisscripting modules.
