Workaround

Manually backup/export every component of ArcGIS Enterprise individually or create windows .bat file to do so.ORUnregister the SpatioTemporal Data Store(s) from the ArcGIS Enterprise set up before performing the webgisdr import or export.OR
  1. Perform webgisdr export.
  2. Locate the resulting file. The sile should have the .webgissite extension.
  3. Unzip the .webgissite file. The result includes four files: DataStore folder, portal folder, server folder, and webgis-config.json file.
  4. Follow the file path: "server\(Unique name)\config-store\data\nosqlDatabases". Verify that there are one or more folders beginning with the following "AGSDataStore_bigdata".
  5. Delete these folders. Do not delete any other folders/files.
  6. Zip the following files (dataStore folder, portal folder, server folder, and webgis-config.json file) and make sure to keep the same name as the original unzipped file.
  7. Convert the files back into the .webgissite file type.
  8. Unregister the SpatioTemporal DataStore from the hosting server.
  9. Perform the import.
