Using the Zone Lookup tool and clicking a polygon displays different results according to where the polygon is clicked and sometimes displays 'No features found that meet the search criteria.'

This is marked as a known issue with how the geocoder works. It must find an address to use for the result, and in this case, it snaps to the street where the closest usable address is. At this time there is no trustable and stable fix for using the exact mouse click location and therefore it remains marked as a known issue.Steps to Reproduce
