Description
Using the user environment variable ESRI_SOFTWARE_CLASS to change the software product license taken does not affect which toolbars are available.For example, if 'ArcView (Floating)' is the Software Product set in the Desktop Administrator, the ArcEditor/ArcInfo-only toolbars Dimensioning and Versioning are available when the user environment variable is set to 'Professional', i.e., ArcInfo, or to 'Editor', i.e., ArcEditor.
Cause
This is a known issue.Workaround
Set the Software Product in the Desktop Administrator to ArcInfo or ArcEditor.Steps to Reproduce
