Using the Tiled Labels To Annotation geoprocessing tool for creation of annotations from features labelled by using the Maplex Label Engine, several annotation features have the status "Not Placed" although the features have labels placed.

To get all the annotations, use the following method:1. Right-click on the layer in the Table of Contents, convert the labels to annotations.2. Store annotation - In a database > Create Annotation for = All Features.3. Check the option "Convert unplaced labels to unplaced annotation".Steps to Reproduce
